What’s inspection day like?

It’s game time and it’s just as exciting. Our trained and licensed inspectors arrive well ahead of schedule to do an initial walkaround. We closely examine the exterior structure for any signs of deterioration, insect infestation, weather damage, or normal wear and tear. Next, we head inside and move downstairs to inspect and test the home’s critical heating, electrical, and plumbing systems. We work our way up -- from basement to rooftop. Finally, we review your detailed report, line-by-line, to discuss our findings and recommendations. You walk away with a wealth of personalized information about your new home.

Should you be there on inspection day?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to be onsite and actively engaged at every step of the process. Ask questions, add your insights, and challenge our observations. We welcome your input. After all, it’s your house and your investment. We work for you.

Can’t make it to the inspection?

Maybe your schedule is too jam packed to attend your home inspection in person. Or you’re house shopping from a distance. No worries. We’ll send you a summary video highlighting every critical step of your home inspection, along with your full report and photos.
