BHI conducts both residential and commercial inspections. Your time is our time. We are available BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER the inspection to answer questions and provide you with the information you need to make the right decision. We emphasize meeting your needs through:
Customer Service.
- You will always be able either to speak with a representative to schedule an appointment or to speak with an inspector.
- You can reach us on the phone or by email. We promise to respond within 24 hours.
- We are available for emergencies, weekends, and holidays.
The Inspection Process.
- You, the client, are encouraged to participate in the inspection process. This is your opportunity not only to ask questions about everything you want to know but also get helpful maintenance tips.
- Our trained and licensed inspector will be at the appointment 30 minutes ahead of time to do an initial walk-around.
- At the end of the inspection, the inspector will give you a detailed checklist report and discuss the findings.
The Final Report.
- At end of the inspection, you will receive the original report. As a follow-up within 24 hours, you will be emailed a pdf file of this report for your electronic records.
- For as long as you own the property, we will be available to answer your questions or direct you to other sources for authoritative answers.
